Hi Guys,

has anyone got a working ISDN on Avaya for Telefonica Spain

i tried following and it didnt work, if you have some screenshots then that will be great.

Instead of using etsi you could try country code of 13 this is specific for telefonica spain , also the line coding may well be ami-basic

ami-basic
(alternate mark
inversion-basic)
Enter ami-basic for unrestricted E-1 facilities.


hdb3 (high density
bipolar 3)
Enter hdb3 for restricted E-1 facilities.

Also crc (cyclic redundancy check ) may need to be N , my guess is if you play with these settings you will get to solve your issue.


Also your sig group is obviously specific what settings have you on the sig group ??

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

Tried country code 13 as well but didn't work, Telefonica didn't help and gave only 20 minutes before they change presentation to old system (non Avaya).

fdilalla: we tried similar settings but CRC was on as Telefonica asked us to keep it on, can you please send me your Signalling group screenshot as well.
