I'm lost when it comes to ISDN connectivity. Can someone please help me define the meaning of status' below in LD 32 when doing a stat on an ISDN card? I would like to better understand what each of the title's mean as well as the state the lines are in (examp, RLS vs ESTA and DOWN vs UP). What does it mean when the L2 says "RLS" and the L1 says UP or DOWN? THANK YOU in advance!
