Does anyone know if a 'plain' ISDN set can be used in place of an MLX set?

I've never tried this but if you follow the same logic that would apply to setting up a video conference unit over an MLX port, the ISDN set should be able to connect to an MLX port. Just lookup the process for establishing the MLX as an endpoint for this. If I recall, I think that you just change the port to 2B-data port.

The MLX sets are supposed to be ISDN Protocol.

Okay... well, I received an AT&T 6508T isdn set and plugged it in to an MLX port (with no additional programming) and can place and receive calls, but I'm having trouble programming other features on buttons. Anyone have a suggestion?

An ISDN phone may actually make/take calls, but that doesn't mean that it will act like an MLX phone when it comes to features.
