ISDN Sets on CS1000E 7.0

Hello,

I have a CS1000E that has a misp cards and uilc cards. Calls can be made and otherwise the phone is working but it does not get dial tone. Does this require DTRs perhaps? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes need to build out DTR and Conf/TDS loops. We put in a SMG and DTR and Conf/TDS was not done so our phones did not get ring with incoming calls. No dial tone could be a different issue. What type of phones?
