Hi,

I am experiencing this problem on both TSW SP3 and BC12 SP11 systems:

An external caller calls my MD110/MX-ONE system using ISDN PRI lines, the call is routed through an ISDN QSIG line to an external Call Center system (so I have an SL60-SL60 connection). After the call is disconnected, the trunk individuals involved in this connection are not released until after 40 seconds.

This is causing me some trouble during high traffic. Any ideas or suggestions to decrease this release time?

We have to set VARC D3=1 on public ISDN otherwise call will hold up for 30 secs to a digital phone(unless of course the B party hangs up first)This is for Support of Inband tones

Tried setting VARC D3=1, but the problem is still there.

Any other ideas?
