ISDN/Qsig to ShoreTel no name

Setting up ISDN w/Qsig(G3rV12) to ShoreTel. Talks fine. ShoreTel receiving number but not name. Only doc I could find was Qsig to NORTEL, so I set up that format(all system cust options correct). ShoreTel tech says he gets number from 'D' channel, but name should be over Qsig. List trace shows number and name over 'D' channel.
