ISDN Provisioning issue - Tandberg - 81C

I'm using an ISDN card in my 81C to provide 512K video conferencing (4 lines 64K each in theory). Suddenly I have a provisioning issue where I can only connect to the far end using 56K per line. This tells me that I have a setting/issue with my ISDN card? I had the local Telco look at the data coming out of the switch before it hits the CO and they claim it looks good... What else can I check? Whay else can I check on teh CCT specifically? Thanks for the help.
