What do you guys use for the following in North America? We will be installing trunks from Telus in Canada:

Protocol: (DMS 100, DMS 250, 4ESS, NI2, Q.SIG, IDA-P)
Protocol Variant for NI2: (Bellcore, 5ESS, GTD5)
Network side/Q.SIG Master:
Enbloc:
Enable Unknown TON/NP:
Enable NI2 Service Messages:
Send NI2 Outgoing Name:
Replace External CLID:

Q.SIG Only
Fake Answer Supervision:
Enable Prefix Insertion:

Telus will deliver either NI-1 or NI-2, you can request either

If NI-2, the varient will be Bellcore
Also with NI-2 I suggest Unknown TON/NP
Otherwise Default
