ISDN problem. ?

I connected my Vidoe Conferencing to console adapator (ISDN adaptor). ISDN line is active (green led blink). I also connected 1 phone to console. I tried to make call to internal and external lines from the phone, which connected to ISDN adaptor, i succed. when i try to dial any extension internal or outside no.from my VC, its disconnected. I'm using BC9 MD110. MY VC is working and okay, its detected ISDN line i patched. anybody can help me on this. No alarm in detected in MD110 system. When I tried to print GJLOP the following appeared :

you need to call another isdn device to pass a call. when the vc signals out the setup chanel describes its call type, it will only connect to a similar type of device.
