We have S8700 ACM 1.x system with voice applications running on Avaya IR 1.3 servers. Currently we have some issues sending ISDN-PRI UUI data with the call transfer out. Is it true that NCR (Network Call Redirection) feature must be turned on in order to send UUI data back out on to the network via AT&T Transfer&Connect feature on an incoming ISDN-PRI call? Your inputs are very much appreciated!
