ISDN PRI Trunks

We have used straight Ts for our local service for quite some time. We have a NICE logger v.8.8 (trunk side). We are changing our Ts to ISDN PRIs. I have been told by NICE that as long as the PRIs are still the same framing (ESF) then there is no problem. Just double checking. Have any of you done this?

I've done it, no problem as long as the format does not change. If your trunks are bz8s/esf today and they will stay the same tomorrow them no problem. You will want to lock out the 24 timeslot so as not to record the d-channel andd if you have a backup d-channel on the second T1 lock out port 48 from recording.
