ISDN PRI from GTD5 CO switch

I have a Merlin Magix 3.0 w/100DCD. I am having trouble getting a ISDN PRI working.

The carrier has a GTD5 in the central office. Which switch type would I select in my PRI setup, since there is not a choose for the GTD5 switch type? I currently have the PRI set to 5ESS. All the channels are up but we can not receive or place calls. I have tried selecting every switch type in the Magix PRI setup, but I get the same results on all of them. I have checked all the other settings in the PRI setup and they all look good.

The carrier says that they have the circuit configured for National 2. Can the Magix be set to National 2? Where in the Magix would you change it from Custom ISDN to National ISDN?

GTD is kind of a bastardized coding format. The CO can emmulate 5e (ess-5) or NI-2. Have them emmulate 5e and you should be fine.

If you have them setup for AT&T Custom and you set up the PRI as software defined you may get it to work.
