ISDN-PRI feature not assigned

My company ordered an ISDN-PRI circuit to be installed in the next two weeks on our G3siV4. I went to create a test trunk group and got this error "ISDN-PRI feature not assigned". Where do I assign this feature, and what else is going to come up while connecting this that I should be aware of?

Do a display system-parameters customer-options and look on page 3. My guess is that ISDN-PRI is set to N. If this is the case you will have to purchase the functionality from Avaya.

It's set to "N". To get that set to "Y" I need to go to Avaya? That bites the big one.
Oh well, it's all about money.
