ISDN Pri call transfer

Hi, I'm new to this forum but I haven't seen any information on something like this when searching the archives.

What I'm trying to do is get a dialogic based IVR that is connected to a lucent definity G3 to request a call transfer, (either explicit or two b-channel). Unfortunately, the documentation available for the dialogic end says to send a FACILITY message to the network (switch) requesting this transfer. I've been looking for the format of this FACILITY message but have so far been unable to come up with anything. Any help, or nudge in the right direction is appreciated.
