ISDN Port type on 250x router

Is the BRI interface on the Cisco 2520, and 2504 an S/T or U?

I am thinking about buying a "Virtual Console PCI ISDN simulator with 2 S/T ports" device. Anyone have experience with it?

I think all 2500 isdn ports are S/T, except for the modular SM cards that go in 2524's and 2525's.
