ISDN / Pipeline 85 drop line for inbound call

Using both B channels to the same number. Pipeline85 will drop a line for outbound calls but not for inbound calls (caller gets busy signal).

Are there specific settings in the router configuration to allow this. I cannot find any - only that the function is handled automatically.

Currently set for min channel = 2, max channel =2 and default = 2.
 
It's not up to the Pipeline to drop the line for an incoming call. it is up to your telco provider to handle that. Once the channel is in use the Pipeline cannot make a decision to drop a channel unless the telco switch tells the Pipeline to do so. Contact your telco and check your provisioning.
