ISDN modem connection on AIX

We need to connect the AIX 4.3.3 to an external ISDN modem.
We need a procedure how to connect to this modem.

external modem:
Modem Type: Omni.net D DSS1 Pnp
Manufacture: ZyXEL Communications Corp.
