ISDN lines 1

I am constantly disabling and reenabling our ISDN lines in the switch because they keep going down. I dont quite understand why. The lines are being used mainly for the VTC's.
 
Check the voltage at the DEMARC and where you are terminating them in your switch/router. ISDN is very sensitive to voltage, if it's erratic or low it will do this.
