Hi all,

I have a repeating problem with one ipLDK100 with BRIBE card and 4 ISDNs BRI connected to it.

The problem is that almost on every outgoing call the first attempt is unsuccessful wiht and error message showing on the DKTU's (ISDN Line Released). The second attempt is successful and I can dial the number. This issue is giving me headache and its frustrating as we are unable to use re-dial option as it almost always reads ISDN Line Released after the first attempt. I tried to modify the timers to release the line for usage after someone else used it as I thought that this buffer timer was responsible, but this issue continued to happen even though all lines are IDLE and there is noone using the phones.

Someone of you guys had familiar problems, or maybe found the solution?

Best Regards,
Ivo

Hi Pleskuk.

Do you have more than one ISDN board in the ipLDK-100?
If you have more ISDN boards (ISDN2 and/or ISDN30), you need to use the sync cables!
Did you check PGM 141, if all the lines are opened and programmed equally?
Also check your grounding!

And finally - try to swap the "good and well working " ISDN lines with the "bad" ones to see if the fault moves...

Good luck.

Thanks doktor for your support!

I'm now testing the system and will let you know of the outcome.
