ISDN ISP reccomendations

Hello,
We formally had Verizon as an ISP on 2 ISDN separate lines. DSL and cable are not available and T1 is out of the budget. Verizon Online has eliminated all ISDN access. The lines are used for Internet access only, no voice. They will also be up 24/7 to the internet.

Can anybody reccomend an ISP for the NY and NJ areas? I've looked into 123isdn.com and Dedac.com. Does anybody have experience with either of these?
