I am working with a cisco as5200 and our remote users dialing in through an isdn dial-up connection are suffering from drop calls after 900sec's. the idle timeout is set to 900sec's but having looked at the logs the calls have actually been busy with lots of data being transmitted and recieved. Does anyone know if there is a bug out-there that may be causing this?
