ISDN HELP

Hi friends,

I got a new ISDN line connection and i am using zyxel prestige 100IH Router for internet access , my line is very slow means i am not even getting the line speed of a dial up line speed what should be the problem i thought the problem was with my Zyxel router, so i changed the router and still the same problem showing , if i connect to internet for the 30 minutes i am getting good speed after that my line speed is drastically comming down, even i checked the line voltage(ISDN LINE VOLTAGE) it is showing less than 90 volts DC at the time when the internet is damp slow , please help me to solve the problem please

I would contact the isdn provider and or your isp. They need
to verify the equipment, have an intrusive test on the circuit to test the equipment. Jeter@LasVegas.com

Tell your isdn provider to run a bert test? Do you use 2B channels?
