ISDN Error 88 on PRI23 Card TDE-600 1

I have a problem with a E1/T1 public trunk on my TDE-600 (US Version). I have a E1 trunk from a Telco. I convert it via a LOOP4300 converter from E1 to an T1 trunk that goes into the PRI23 card of the TDE-600 (the US Version of the TDE-600 can't handle a native E1 PRI30 card). When I call in the trace on the TDE-600 shows me the error:

I have placed the same PRI23 in a TDE-100 EUROPE Version. In the TDE-100 I can receive calls and I am able to do calls. I think I have the same setting for the PRI card.No error int he trace appears.
Can someone give me some hints what could be wrong?

Alright, I got the PRI23 card working in the TDE600. The problem was that the E1 port signaled a call with the a-law codec, however the default setting for a US TDE600 is the u-law codec for the network and system. Usually the loop4300 should do the conversion, but it is doing it only on voice level and it is not changing it on the d-channel. Anyway, change the TDE600 to a-law, REBOOTED (very important) the system and now the trunk is working!
