isdn e1 pri to cisco 2600 1

Tlu 76/1 connected cisco 2600 to E1 PRI.
ROCAP parameter is
sel=711000000000,trm=7,serv=3110000010,sig=211100000031,bcap=111111
RODAP parameter is
varc=00000010,vari=05400000,varo06110000
md110 is user side.(bc9)
RODDP parameter is
adc=10050000000025000,dest=4,srt=2,rou=11

i can call cisco 2600 but sometimes LINE LOCKED OUT writing on the my screen.I asked allip,blfdp,susip unfortunately everything is ok.Why?

When LOUT on your screen, you have normal connection? I think, you have if everything is all right but screen only?

The best way is to signal trace your SLP60 and use signal trace interpreter on SAM Tools. Its very hard to identify where is the fault. The trace you should do is, STUNI:LIM=X,UNIT=SLP60,MSKSIG=A1&02,STORE=YES; This will trace hardware signal only or you can STUNI:EQU=X-X-XX-00;
Because you said "sometimes" only. It means sometimes its work on the same number you're calling. /patcher
