Hi all.

I have a very frustrating issue with the ISDN link dropping out on my Contivity 100. The system was recently connected to a different ISP following a faultless 18 months of operation. The only config change for the new ISP was the username and password. The ISP have been debugging the line and have said that a disconnect signal is coming from our box. I have replaced the box with an identical Contivity 100 an the issue continues.
The ISDN line has been checked by the Telco and is deemed OK. The only difference in the ISDN settings for this ISP is that they need NET3 switch protocol and I have mine set to Australian Austel. The ISP don't believe this will be the issue. As you may know the logging facility on the 100 is very basic so I am unable to get reliable information on why the drops are occuring. I am not in the same location as the box so it makes it tough trying to get access to the box for diagnostics.

If anyone has seen this problem or have any clues for me it might just save me pulling out the last remaining hairs I have!!

Thanks!
