I am running Windows XP pro and have a Draytek Mini Vigor terminal adaptor connected to my ISDN line via USB. I am using the email centre in "Goldmine" business contact manager, this is set to retrieve email every 45 mins. This seems to work fine for up to 5 or 6 times, but then I get an error where it says "cannot connect to mailserver". When I look at the "show all connections" status in XP it says disconnecting, but the line is not connected. The only way I can clear the fault is to reboot the PC, then it will work OK for a while . . . .
I would appreciate anyone's ideas on how I can fix this.
