There is a two part cable that connects an ISDN card in a Definity switch to a CISCO switch. We have the half of the cable from the ISDN card to a male DB15 connector. We thought we found the right cable to complete the connection. However, when we plug it in, we get nothing. I feel the pinout of the DB15 connector is wrong. Does anyone have a pinout diagram of the female DB15 connector to the RJ45 (RJ48)?

On the DA-15 connector re-pin as follows:
Swap pin 1 and pin 3
Swap pin 9 and pin 11
This makes it effectively a crossover cable.
on the RJ-45 pins 4/5 are transmit to network (talk)
pins 1/2 are receive from network (listen)
on the DA-15 pins 1/9 are transmit
Pins 3/11 are receive
This would be a standard Straight thru cable, but since Cisco has to be bassackwards you need a crossover cable for it to work.
Essentially, talk must go to listen, both directions, if talk goes to talk, nobody listens.
