Ok where to start.

I have two PC's one in the office and one at home. Both have ISDN. The home ISDN is via USB, and the one in the office is a PCI ISDN card.

When i try and connect with pcanywhere they just wont talk to each other. I know that both connections work because i can get a connection to the internet with them. The passwords have been set up correctly as well.

I've spoken to symantec and because they are based in the US they basically said they couldn't help because ISDN is different to europe, which it is, and they don't fully support it for that reason. grr.

If anyone can either tell me of another program i could use for remote sharing i would be grateful, or how to resolve this problem.

Hi,

Check that the two computers can communicate with each other first before blaming PcAnywhere.

Remember you still have to set up a routing system for this to happen?

The fact that you have connected to the Internet is not necessarily enough. Have you established a PPP session?

Alternatively use modem settings for PCanywhere rather than IP.

Cheers.
