ISDN Calls limited to only 4 calls

Hello all,

I have a Definity R9 prologix and I am using it to test a ISDN PRI from our network. I have a call generator hooked up to the equipment going into our PBX and can only seem to make a total of 4 calls. I can call off of each B channel no matter what, but only 4 calls at a time. I know the senario is not the "norm" however, I am at a loss as to what to do to troubleshoot this. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
