ISDN BRI Message

Dear all,

I have got the following problem. There is a Norstar PBX installed with PRI and BRI cards. We connect local SP with PRI and we use the BRI card for Video Conferencing with VS128. The PBX works properly for all types of inbound calls- both normal phone lines and bri line. However, when a call with country or/and area code presented to outside, error 28 "invalid number format" appears. This error is not present when a local call is presented.

We sniffed the line and saw that error is 28 "invalid number format".

What would be the problem?

If you have the options of setting the Numbering Plan Information Element for call setups then set it to "Unknown".
