ISDN BRI for video

Hello all,
i'm a newbie at this and i am hoping someone can give me a hand.. i've been trying to get an ISDN BRI card working off our S8300 to a Polycom Viewstation. I can make outbound calls, but the incoming calls are not connecting... The same configuration used to work on our old G3R.. does that make any sense to anyone??
