I am trying to set up PC Anywhere 10.0 on a win98 pc for my client. His dial-up to his ISP works find. But a can not get a connection on an incoming call through his PABX. All other sights I have set up that have NT2 directly connected to the Zoltrix terminal adapters. They all work.
But on this sight the isdn goes through a PABX. The PABX tech. assigned me a number to dial which then is routed to an extension where I have an internal Zoltrix 128k terminal adapter. PC Anywhere informs me that I have an incoming call and a connection has been established. But on the remote sight is says that they are still connecting.
I think that this is to do with MSN or SPID but what number to I use, the extension or the phone number. Maybe it is on the layer 3.
Also how do I configure a terminal adapter if it has no serial to use with hyper terminal.. I really do not know and need the wisdom of the masses.
