Hello,
Could some please help. I have two ISDN10 phones that have stoped working Verizon says ISDN is ok I think some how the phones are not programed and thats what i dont know how to do . Is it true that if you switch phones around with the same type the programing gets lost?

thank you

Each line will have different requirements for the phones, depending on how smart the phones are.

You may very well NOT be able to switch phones around.

Settings that may need to be set on each phone are

ISDN Type/Switch type: (5ESS Custom, DMS Custom, NI1, or NI1)

SPID1

SPID2

Do you have a manual for the phone?
