isd100 reset

hi,

i tried to update a isd100. it fails with an read error while rebooting. now the isd won't boot. i stops with:
Alteon WebSystems, Inc. 0005004D
Bo


is there any switch inside or a key with which i come ahead ?

the next of course would be to send the unit to nortel ...
