isass.exe terminating unexpectedly

Hi,

I am having trouble with a Windows 2000 (SP4) Server. Shortly after I type the password to login, I get the following message:

This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority\System

Time before shut down: 00:00:60


C:\WINNT\System32\isass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 1073741819.


Any ideas how I can resolve this issue?
