ISA2000 403 error problem

Hi folks,

Recently my local system on the network was hit with a trojan and it seems to have upset the ISA server (ISA2000 on Windows 2000 SBS). Every site I try to visit I get the same error appearing:

403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

Any ideas?
