ISA with Gateway after Gateway. Need help!

1st of all, sry about my english and thx 4 viewing! ;-)

I've an problem with the "Microsoft ISA Server 2000" Our Network is build as shown:

Client 01-08 -> Server1 (ISA) ---> Router -> Internet
Client 09-16 -> Server2 (ISA) -/

The Clients should have Server1/2 as Gateway, and the Server have the Router-IP as Gateway.

The Problem is that all clients can use the internet (http) correctly, but all other goes not through the Server. (like ftp, icq, ...)
I've configured the ISA that it should work, but there must be an mistake with it.
Finally I don't know, what else can I do. Tried many things without result.

Server1: IP 192.168.1.1 SSN 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.12
Server2: IP 192.168.1.2 SSN 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.12
Router: IP 192.168.1.12
Client a: IP 192.168.1.x SSN 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.1
Client b: IP 192.168.1.x SSN 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.2

Thx about it, but my DNS-Service wont work. Reinstall - That was it.
