ISA server and SSL web publishing

Does anyone know how to publish a Web server inside my perimeter network (DMZ)with SSL-128 bits ?

I have the certificate installed on the server and it work fine from my intranet, but doesn't work from INTERNET.

I found a case at Microsoft (Q281106), tried it and don't know what to do.

I already have web bublishing rules that are fonctionnal, but those servers are not SSL 128.
