ISA server and IRC--Blocking DCC gets

Hi,

My PC is behind a server which has ISA Server 2000. Although ISA allows the IRC protocol, I can't find a way to allow the DCC gets to my PC. Should I make a new protocol definition and then a related protocol rule? How should this protocol be defined? Should I make packet filters too?
