I have just set up an ISA server using a proxy... all downloads from the Microsoft site are timing out from client desktops (and servers as well). Any other downloads from any other sites are downloading perfectly, for example from download.com.
Trying to download from the Microsoft site produces the following error:
10060 - Connection timeout
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Technical Information (for support personnel)
Background:
The gateway could not receive a timely response from the Web site you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the Web site is experiencing technical difficulties.
ISA Server: GAWS.gaston

If I turn off the proxy on client browser, the download is working, so obviously all related to ISA.
