ISA PROBLEMS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello, I am having huge problems with my ISA server, everything started last Friday (12-12-03)I have a vpn connection to our corporate office, the connection was down, we discovered that somehow the account on my end and corporate end was deleted, we created a new account and was able to stablish a vpn, now the problem is that from my ISA server I can see ip 192.168.X.X but from anyother computer I cannot see that IP, that Ip is the one for all my printing so I really need toget to it from all my other workstations.
Any idea???
