ISA prevents access to some pages

I have just installed ISA Server 2000, and it blocks some pages (well does not display them) but not all. Appears to be pages that are secure only that are affected - OWA, RSA pages - and only outbound. Anyone any ideas? Yu can bypass ISA and page works OK.

Appreciate any feedback
