ISA on Win2003 Server Javascript Probs

We had problems with no javascript popups being allowed, eg internet banking, hotmail, flight bookings etc. Checked AD checked the rules and all seemed well. This is what we found out.

If you were using ISA on Win2K server (we were) and are now using ISA on a Win2003 server (we are) and have used the microsoft migration tool (we did), then that's the problem.

DONT USE THE TOOL IT SCREWS UP THE RULES.

delete the rules and recreate them from scratch and Javascript popups work fine !!
