Hi,
I work for a local governement which uses Oracle as part of it's financial system. We have an ISA server, which is connected to the main council building through an extreme switch onto the council's own private network. This connects to proxies at the other end running check point. In order for us to print reports, orders, etc one IP address requires inbound access using 3 TCP ports. This has been configured as per their instructions. But it still doesn't work.
Is there any other things that need to be configured on our ISA server in for remote printing to work?
