isa is too slow

Hi!
I have a windows 2000 adv server , i installed a Ras on it ,
i have a cable connection 3mb , 5 winxp , so i installed a NAT , now i have internet in all the stations .
ok now i have installed isa server 2000 , but now the internet is too sloooow whyyyyyy !!
in all the programes ( ie8 , kazaa , imesh ..)
why !!
 
The connection on the other end may be slow. You can only download as fast as they can upload. Try downloading from a popular (and known fast) site like microsoft. ________________________________________

Also, use cache. It really speeds things up. QOS and Bandwidth limits should be applied also. You should also block streaming media and other items that will eat away your connection.

One side note... a weird one too. Microsoft has a documented fix for 2k servers that have issues with DNS lookups. You would be able to get a successful reply from nslookup on the server but other services (like exchange or ISA) will have "problems".
To fix the DNS lookup issues? Enable DHCP client! Yes, even if you have static ip...
