ISA Firewall Client Distribution

I'm trying to distribute the ISA Firewall client. I have created a virtual directory on the server for the 'clients\webinst' directory. The directory is available to everyone. Unfortunately, when anyone tries to install the client from the default webpage the command box hangs whilst running the setup.exe.

Any advice is gratefully received.
