ISA Error. Can you Assist

My domain controller goes down on occasion due to an ISA error that generates in the event viewer. The error is:

ISA report generation error: Unable to initialize DAO/Jet Db engine.

Has anyone had this error generate, and if so.... How did you remedy this pain-in-the-butt eror
