ISA-Cannot access yahoo E-Mail and www.microsoft.com

I just setup ISA server and from the client side they can access almost website. However they cannot access some famous website such as

http://www.microsoft.com.

Another problem is the yahoo mail. They can access

http://www.yahoo.com

but when they click mail icon on yahoo.com it will just stuck on the main page.

Do I need other settings? under protocol rule i permit http, https, ftp,ftp server and smtp.

What do you get when you try to go to

http://www.microsoft.com?

Why do you allow FTP Server? In order to provide outbound FTP connectivity, you only need to create a protocol rule which allows for "FTP Download only".

I guess you also allow for DNS queries too (outbound that is) in order to resolve names and that this works well.

Have you tried to open those sites with different browsers to check it's not an browser issue?
