ISA Authentication Issue

I have a question on ISA. I have a user who is under a firewall policy to limit her access to the internet, but she can get on anyway, no matter what computer she goes too. She is not a part of any administrators group. My firewall pWhen I look at the log it shows her as an administrator, this also happens with some other users, most of them are not limited to the sites they can access but they still show up as admin in ISA logs.

which type of client you use, i recomnde the firewall client.
Installing the client in the machine its so productive.
