I am trying to open port 1527 on ISA 2004. I have allowed all inbound and outbound traffic on this port, yet my port tester shows that the port is not open. Here is the rule I have set;
Allow, All Outbound Traffic, Internal Local Host, External, All users, with port 1527 manually input. Did I miss something? The standard free internet port testers show that the connection times out to their servers on that port.
